This item is a digital file used by an embroidery machine! It is a digital download, not a physical product. You must have an embroidery machine and a way to transfer files to your machine to use these designs. THIS IS NOT A PATCH!

DOWNLOADING DESIGNS

After your payment to Etsy is completed, you will be able to download the design zip file instantly. You can also access your downloads by going to "my accounts” then "purchase" and click on the download button. You will also receive an email from ETSY confirming your purchase and and including a download link. Files are zipped and you will need to save the file to your computer and unzip the folder and extract the files. If you have any trouble with downloading or unzipping, please visit my YouTube channel for helpful videos.

Due to the electronic nature of the product you are purchasing, refunds are not offered. If you receive a damaged file, I will exchange it for another copy of the same file in the same formats. Resizing or editing of the designs is not recommended. All my designs have been test sewn for quality and accuracy, but you should always test sew designs on the same fabric and using the same stabilizer before attempting to put them onto a garment. I am NOT responsible for what your embroidery machine does to garments belonging to you or other people.
